10% from the sale of each ‘cabo’ will be donated to the Ben Towne Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation
Earlier this month, Ben Towne Pediatric Cancer Foundation shared some exciting news with us and the rest of the world: Results show that the first patient in the cellular immunotherapy Phase I trial to be treated with reprogrammed T-cells from the Ben Towne Center for Childhood Cancer Research has had a positive response and, at this time, no cancer cells are detected!
While there is much work remaining, this is an important first step in the foundation’s goal to change the ways that childhood cancers are treated and cured. We are proud to partner with the Ben Towne Pediatric Cancer Foundation and thank our glassybaby community for their continued support.
Ben Towne Foundation honors the memory of Ben Towne, who lost his fight with neuroblastoma when he was just three years old. Ben would have celebrated his eighth birthday last week. To purchase ‘cabo’, click here.
Although these aren’t the actual colors of the American flag, here’s another fun take on things for the 4th of July! From left to right: ‘gingerbread,’ ‘cream’ and ‘regal.’ Hope you all have a wonderful, fun-filled and safe Independence Day. Let’s celebrate!
It is hot, hot, hot outside right now! I’ve begged for this heat all year and now it is just too much! I was happy to see some cooler, soothing tones on the qc tables when I came into work today. From left to right: ‘pearl,’ ‘aquamarine’ and ‘hudson.’ Enjoy!

With graduation season just around the corner, these mothers stopped by the store to select drinkers to raise a glass to their soon-to-be high school graduates. Their college bound sons and daughters are headed to Arizona, Colorado, Montana, and UW (go dawgs!). Graduating Class of 2012, we toast to you! ~Annie
