Giving is the Heart of Life and the Heart of glassybaby
Each glassybaby you give to somebody you love (including yourself) also makes another gift: a donation to non-profits that promote hope and healing.
Many companies give so they can look good.
We make beautiful glass to give you a way to give.
In 2024 half of all glassybaby foundation giving will go to The B+ Foundation to support children and their families battling cancer.

Where glassybaby Gives
The mission of God’s Love We Deliver is to improve the health and well-being of people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition. They prepare and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to over 12,700 people annually who, because of their illness, are unable to provide or prepare meals for themselves. They also provide illness-specific nutrition education and counseling to their clients, families, care providers and other service organizations. All of their services are provided free to clients without regard to income.
Grant: $30,000
It all began in 2004 when founder Holly DeRito showed up at NYCACC looking for a buddy for her dog. A staff member took her into the back where all the dogs that were going to be euthanized the next day were. The dogs the public didn’t see. That night, she went home with seven dogs. From there, Holly began building her own rescue and network through housing these dogs with friends and family. Waggytail Rescue now has partners in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, San Diego, Florida, and even Tijuana. Their team of volunteers, fosters, adopters and partners continue to grow and glassybaby is happy to be part of their journey.
The glassybaby foundation will donate $3 with every purchase of “off the leash” to Waggytail Rescue.
Every family’s journey is unique, but no family fights cancer alone. There is a large community of support for those fighting childhood cancer, and it starts at CURE. To help, they offer resources to help these families navigate the road ahead. Through their Open Arms Meal Program, CURE serves meals to hospitalized children with cancer and their families. These meals help alleviate the stress and cost of meals for family members during hospital stays. CURE’s Counseling Program helps address the unique psychological needs of families affected by childhood cancer. And in order to ease some of the financial burdens of ongoing treatment, CURE provides emergency financial assistance to families of children with cancer.

Cierra Sisters
During the month of October, the glassybaby community donated $30,000 to help advance the mission of the Cierra Sisters.
Cierra Sisters was founded by Bridgette Hempstead shortly after her own diagnosis. It is a breast cancer survivor and support organization. The name is rooted in African origins; “Cierra” meaning “knowing,” reminding us that knowledge is in fact power.
Their mission is to break the cycle of fear and increase knowledge concerning breast cancer in the African-American and underserved communities. Cierra Sisters has, for over 24 years, been a wellspring of support and life-saving information for African American women living with breast cancer. This is achieved via large scale presentations, consistent one-on-one’s with healthcare professionals, and diverse outreach efforts in Seattle and beyond.
